Ryan was born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama. He earned his Bachelor's degree at Mississippi College where he met his wife Kaylee, who is a Kindergarten teacher. He also has a Master of Divinity from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Ryan is an avid reader and coffee drinker. In his free time he can be found spending time with his wife and dachshund, Mac. Ryan loves cookie butter and believes Waffle House is the greatest institution on earth.
