Andrea was born in Texas but spent her growing up years in the country of Colombia as the daughter of Southern Baptist missionaries. She considers Arkansas to be home as she attended Ouachita Baptist University there and graduated in 1996 with a degree in Music Education. She and her husband, Matthew, moved to Alabama in 2012 and have two children—Michael and Juliana. She enjoys reading, gardening and spending time with family and friends.
